ESPN COMPUTER MODEL THINKS 3 TEAMS CAN GO UNDEFEATED IN 2024

The 2024 college football regular season is less than three months away.

The 2024 season will be a historic one, with a 12-team College Football Playoff and several major conferences welcoming new schools into the fold.

With the expansion of the College Football Playoff, going undefeated is less important - we could even have some two or three-loss teams in the field this year - but getting that top seed is still pretty beneficial.

According to ESPN's computer model, three teams have a 10 percent chance of better of running the table in the regular season in 2024. Here are those three teams.

1. Notre Dame - 15.8 percent chance

The Fighting Irish might not be getting as much hype as some of the other national title frontrunners, but they have a favorable schedule and could go 12-0.

2. Oregon - 15.7 percent chance

Oregon enters its first season in the Big Ten as the top team in the conference, according to ESPN's Football Power Index.

It's unlikely that the Ducks will go through their first Big Ten season without a loss, but ESPN's computer model likes their chances better than anyone else in the conference.

3. Georgia - 10.8 percent chance

The Bulldogs should open the 2024 season ranked No. 1 in the country and ESPN's computer model likes their chances of being the top team in the SEC.
